I would like to like this clinic, but its been predominantly bad experiences. The dentists are quite friendly and nice, but the staff ranges from incompetent, unfriendly, confused, unfocused but also occasionally quite nice too. The pros of the clinic include the nice space, and the lovely view. The negatives include the staff, the organization, the record keeping, the communication and even the level of care and competence, unfortunately. I could not in good conscience recommend this clinic. Choose another dentist

You should use a survey that is more mobile friendly. At least one quarter of your customers will try to do this survey using mobile. Or they will open it on mobile, look at how bad it looks and quit. It's a fact on doing business online that you can't ignore anymore.

I usually love coming in, I think the hygienist are spectacular - this time, however, I got another girl (can't particularly remember her name) and it didn't seem as professional. The clean didnt' feel as thorough, I had water splashing all over my face (didn't get eye gear)....felt rushed overall.

Kelly is always very friendly and I've always had great technicians. Very professional atmosphere and easily accessible from the subway as driving and parking downtown is more painful than any dentistry I've ever had.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Sturm and her office/support staff. Chari helped me coordinate my benefits, and Dr. Sturm did an amazing job after my traumatic biking accident where I lost most of my upper teeth. I am so happy with my new teeth! They are beautiful and easy to floss and clean between the implants. Couldn't be happier!

No suggestions to make, but I would just like to praise Alida, who, as ever, provided her services in a highly skilled manner. I leave after an appointment with her feeling like my teeth are cleaned and pristine but my gums are completely NOT assaulted! I really appreciate that.

I am not at all happy with the administrative assistants behaviour. She accused me committing fraud. When I tried to speak to sherry in regards to this, she took the side of the admin assistant. She also said the timelines regarding a procedure and it's billing was explained to me by the admin assistant when it wasn't and she contradicted herself. When I came to the office in November 04, the admin assistant informed me that I had enough time to complete a procedure to submit to insurance. When I called her back on November 05 she said there us no time and it would be fraud, to submit a bill by November 07 after a mould was taken for my moth guard before November 07. Yet after my insurance was extended to November 30 and they took an impression for my mouth guard, the same admin assistant billed me half the payment when I was willing to pay the full payment and she refused to submit it to the insurance saying against company policy. When I came for November 18 appointment, they still didn't bill the insurance company saying the electronic billing is not working. My insurance company had already approved billing for the cost of all services and equipment related to the mouthguard on the first appointment but admin assistant refused to, again embarrassing me publicly say that is fraudulent. At the end my insurance received a manual receipt from dr. Strums office dating November 11 and not November 18. This totally contradicted everything the admin assistant said and she went against the quoted company policy, creating a very poor relationship. This particular admin assistants behaviour is patronizing and disenginuous. I have an extremely negative feeling now going to dr. Strums office. They pushed me to get a whole bunch if dental work done including replacement of fillings after they used dental equipment to poke st the filling and say it was needing replacement. The replaced filling and area is still sensitive that I refused for they to replace the second filling. I asked to see dr Sturm but they refused an appointment and said she is not having a regular schedule. I was originally referrrrd to dr Sturm, not her associates. I also asked a method to communicate with dr Sturm, and all they did is provide me Sherrys number. Now that I don't have dental insurance the office is not treating me well. I feel I was treated as cash cow until my insurance finished and now the cow is valueless.

New front crown had been anticipated for years - I expected Dr Sturm's usual high standard - However left alone with Steve, from the lab, the front crown was painted/stained a brown tint & it does not perfectly match it's mate. The 2 front teeth are literally front & centre - so important.....I am saddened after years of saving and anticipation. In the 3rd world it is only a tooth, but in downtown city world, it is huge.

For as long as I can remember Dr. Judy Sturm has been my Dentist and wouldn't have it any other way. She treats me like family and always does the best work at an affordable price. Her staff are well trained in customer service and pay attention to detail. I rarely find myself having to wait for my scheduled appointment. Keep it up Judy!

When people say they dread going to the dentist, I can't sympathize... I love my dentist. It is such a pleasure to visit Dr. Sturm's office. Her staff is so friendly and professional. Her work is impeccable, and I feel like I'm catching up with a good friend whether it's seeing my usual hygenist (Paulina - she's amazing) or with Dr. Sturm. Highly recommend this office.

Dr Sturm, her team, and her front office staff are the kindest and welcoming people you could hope for. I have always had the biggest phobia of going to the dentist, and still get very anxious, but when you arrive at Dr Sturm's office, everyone just makes you feel so much at ease. They explain everything to you, are ridiculously patient and understanding, and take their time to make sure that you are comfortable every step of the way. I'd recommend them to anyone really, but especially to people who are very anxious about the dentist. Literally the best dental team ever.

The cost are more expensive than the standard fee by Ontario Dental Association. Most of the insurance companies only cover the standards. It would be nice if the clinic could adhere to the standards dental fee and not charge more.

I received a new mouth guard that needed some shaving down to fit more properly. After the shaving happened using a tool, it was not rinsed each time and I ended up with some of the plastic in my mouth. I didn't say anything at the time but it would be more comfortable to have the mouth guard rinsed before put into my mouth again.

Dentists here are mediocre, negligible and unprofessional. In general, customer service is lacking. Had several cavities filled there that FELL OUT, was misinformed about dental procedures and unethically billed. Now magazine needs to update their review!

Love this dental clinic! I have been there for about four years now and I love it. It's a very friendly non pretentious clinic right in the yorkville neighbourhood. The staff knows me and my family by name, providers are gentle with me and let me make all my own choices without selling me any treatment and I get to call the dentists by their first names, to discuss issues on an equal level.

The practice is superb, dentists, hygienists, support staff. I met Dr Drury for the first time, and she was excellent! I should also say that in a practice of such superlative persons, the support staff stand out as friendly, approachable, welcoming. I've been going to Dr Judy Sturm's office for many years and it's always been a pleasure dealing with them. Kelly the receptionist always makes me feel welcomed. Alita took great care of my teeth with no pain and I left with with shinny teeth. And Chari the office manager made sure that my visit was pleasent. Dr. Sturm did a final inspection of my teeth and have the news I'm always happy to hear at the end of my appointment that my teeth are in good shape which is thanks to her amazing team.

The front-desk staff is usually pretty amazing about not misgendering me. But that doesn't seem to translate with all of the staff/dentists I come across. Whilst I continue to be thankful for the tolerance shown by the practice, I think there is still scope for improvement: no one likes to be misgendered by a professional wielding sharp instruments!

I was sorely disappointed with my service in dealing with Dr. Judy Sturm's staff. I'm sure Dr. Strum herself is quite lovely, I had been referred to her by a client of mine, and a current patient of hers. Sadly, I didn't get so far as even stepping one foot into this business. I booked an appointment online with the handy website contact feature. I corresponded with a very nice staff member, Chari, who helped explain the two types of appointment I could set up; a full dental screening or a dental cleaning. She was prompt and informative. I was contacted 4 days before my appointment with a confirmation email which asked me to call or email in response. I did not reply immediately thinking I could leave it until the weekend (2 days before my appointment) when I was done my work week and had time to confirm. The next day, I just happened to check my phone mid-day at work and noticed 2-3 new emails and 2-3 new missed calls, from this email. Thinking this very odd, I check the emails. I found a string of emails from a frantic sounding Kelly who explained that they had contacted me numerous times and that I needed to confirm my appointment by a certain time (which gave me an hour from the email being sent). She mentioned that she didn't know if I would be in town for the appointment hence if I didn't confirm, they needed to cancel the appointment. The subsequent email, an hour later: "...We have tried numerous times to confirm your reserved time for Monday but we still have not heard from you. I'm sorry but I do have to cancel this appointment as I'm not sure your in town...." They cancelled my appointment because I did not confirm it in the timeline they requested. Now, being someone who works in a medical office, I know how important it can be to confirm appointments. Afterall, if someone books and then doesn't show up, they just wasted the time of the entire staff not to mention, they prevented another sick patient from being seen at that time. After reading this last email, I was fuming and here is why: 1.) I was not told at any point in time that there was a required confirmation time frame or risk a cancellation on their part. 2.) The appointment I had made 10 days earlier, was cancelled. I don't have a lot of free time on my hands, I frequently work 11 hour days. 3.) I don't know why this person used the reason of my "'being out of town"' as a justification to cancel the appointment I made. This was completely made up. I promptly emailed back and expressed my utter disappointment, pointed out my list of grievances and asked that the Manager email me ( I don't answer my phone when I'm at work, don't have voice mail.). I got an email back from Chari, the original person with whom I booked the appointment: "Good morning X, My sincere apologies that we had to cancel your appointment. We make every effort to confirm your times slot, especially since it was 1 14 hour appointment. I will definitely make every effort for this not to happen in the future. God, you do work a lot of hours!!! I will do my best to accommodate you. I have a time to-morrowat 9:45 or Wed at 2:45. Could any of these times work for you? Otherwise , Please tell me what might work and I will do my best to accommodate you......Chari" As you can see, I was met with apologies for the cancellation and , for what I assume was the mistake on their part, though not clearly stated. The time slots she offered meant my missing work and her attempt to do her best to accommodate irked me. I don't think one should "do their best" when they are in error, one should just "do". In customer service this is called "going above and beyond." Instead, this feels impersonal. When reading this, I was disappointed that they were trying to rebook me before having the Manager contact me. In my anger, I wrote back a one line reply " I will not be rebooking with your office" and was met was no contest. , Not realizing until today when I looked it up myself on their website, that I was in contact with the Manager. Chari was the person with whom I booked but who a no point in time introduced herself as such. So while I waited patiently for this to be dealt with by management in an above and beyond manner, I heard nothing back and felt the matter unresolved. Granted, others will read this and come to a very different conclusion about my experience, I would just like to point out that I too do the same job these women do and so my standards are from the standpoint of an insider. It is my opinion (please feel free to form your own) that the customer service from the front desk staff is severely lacking. As the main point of contact at a medical office, this failure to communicate with the client (me) is a huge detriment and ultimately reflects poorly on the business and business owners.

I just had an appointment at dr sturm's office and had a wonderful experience. All the staff I dealt with, Chari, the office manager, Paulina, the hygienist who treated me and the assistant who took my xrays, were all very friendly and made me very comfortable. I met with dr. Sturm briefly and she presented me with many clear options . She was a great listener and made me feel like she was really interested in my teeth problems . She took care of one sore tooth and the appointment was pain free and much more enjoyable than I anticipated.I highly recommend this office. I just wish they were open on Saturdays!

I would like a brief overview or explanation of my oral health before being scheduled for appointments that I have no idea what they are and why I might need them. The benefits of these dental procedures were never explained to me in the first place because my first cleaning appointment was delayed for over an hour. My most recent appointment with Kristine (?) and Dr. Doree was fantastic in every aspect - punctual, professional and courteous. I would come back and maybe refer friends if this experience continues with my future visits.

In my line of work it is very important to make a great first impression. I knew I needed to have a couple of dental procedures done to improve my smile. I contacted Dr. Strum to book my appointment. She is conveniently located close to me in the Toronto area. During that first visit we chatted and decided what the best choices were for me. Basically all I needed to have done was some bonding and then to finish off with having my teeth whitened. I am very pleased with the end result, and would like to thank Dr. Strum and her staff for their kindness and reassurance I was given.

I question the pricing structure for dental services at Judy Sturm and Associates. The practice charges a premium in comparison to standard dental rates, but it is not clear that a premium service is being provided. There wasn't even a dentist onsite during my last visit.

They pushed me to get a whole bunch if dental work done including replacement of fillings after they used dental equipment to poke st the filling and say it was needing replacement. The replaced filling and area is still sensitive that I refused for they to replace the second filling. I asked to see dr Sturm but they refused an appointment and said she is not having a regular schedule. I was originally referrrrd to dr Sturm, not her associates. I also asked a method to communicate with dr Sturm, and all they did is provide me Sherrys number. Now that I don't have dental insurance the office is not treating me well. I feel I was treated as cash cow until my insurance finished and now the cow is valueless.

New front crown had been anticipated for years - I expected Dr Sturm's usual high standard - However left alone with Steve, from the lab, the front crown was painted/stained a brown tint & it does not perfectly match it's mate. The 2 front teeth are literally front & centre - so important.....I am saddened after years of saving and anticipation. In the 3rd world it is only a tooth, but in downtown city world, it is huge.

Dr Sturm, her team, and her front office staff are the kindest and welcoming people you could hope for. I have always had the biggest phobia of going to the dentist, and still get very anxious, but when you arrive at Dr Sturm's office, everyone just makes you feel so much at ease. They explain everything to you, are ridiculously patient and understanding, and take their time to make sure that you are comfortable every step of the way. I'd recommend them to anyone really, but especially to people who are very anxious about the dentist. Literally the best dental team ever.

I received a new mouth guard that needed some shaving down to fit more properly. After the shaving happened using a tool, it was not rinsed each time and I ended up with some of the plastic in my mouth. I didn't say anything at the time but it would be more comfortable to have the mouth guard rinsed before put into my mouth again.

Love this dental clinic! I have been there for about four years now and I love it. It's a very friendly non pretentious clinic right in the yorkville neighbourhood. The staff knows me and my family by name, providers are gentle with me and let me make all my own choices without selling me any treatment and I get to call the dentists by their first names, to discuss issues on an equal level.

I've been going to Dr Judy Sturm's office for many years and it's always been a pleasure dealing with them. Kelly the receptionist always makes me feel welcomed. Alita took great care of my teeth with no pain and I left with with shinny teeth. And Chari the office manager made sure that my visit was pleasent. Dr. Sturm did a final inspection of my teeth and have the news I'm always happy to hear at the end of my appointment that my teeth are in good shape which is thanks to her amazing team.

I was sorely disappointed with my service in dealing with Dr. Judy Sturm's staff. I'm sure Dr. Strum herself is quite lovely, I had been referred to her by a client of mine, and a current patient of hers. Sadly, I didn't get so far as even stepping one foot into this business. I booked an appointment online with the handy website contact feature. I corresponded with a very nice staff member, Chari, who helped explain the two types of appointment I could set up; a full dental screening or a dental cleaning. She was prompt and informative. I was contacted 4 days before my appointment with a confirmation email which asked me to call or email in response. I did not reply immediately thinking I could leave it until the weekend (2 days before my appointment) when I was done my work week and had time to confirm. The next day, I just happened to check my phone mid-day at work and noticed 2-3 new emails and 2-3 new missed calls, from this email. Thinking this very odd, I check the emails. I found a string of emails from a frantic sounding Kelly who explained that they had contacted me numerous times and that I needed to confirm my appointment by a certain time (which gave me an hour from the email being sent). She mentioned that she didn't know if I would be in town for the appointment hence if I didn't confirm, they needed to cancel the appointment. The subsequent email, an hour later: "...We have tried numerous times to confirm your reserved time for Monday but we still have not heard from you. I'm sorry but I do have to cancel this appointment as I'm not sure your in town...." They cancelled my appointment because I did not confirm it in the timeline they requested. Now, being someone who works in a medical office, I know how important it can be to confirm appointments. Afterall, if someone books and then doesn't show up, they just wasted the time of the entire staff not to mention, they prevented another sick patient from being seen at that time. After reading this last email, I was fuming and here is why: 1.) I was not told at any point in time that there was a required confirmation time frame or risk a cancellation on their part. 2.) The appointment I had made 10 days earlier, was cancelled. I don't have a lot of free time on my hands, I frequently work 11 hour days. 3.) I don't know why this person used the reason of my "'being out of town"' as a justification to cancel the appointment I made. This was completely made up. I promptly emailed back and expressed my utter disappointment, pointed out my list of grievances and asked that the Manager email me ( I don't answer my phone when I'm at work, don't have voice mail.). I got an email back from Chari, the original person with whom I booked the appointment: "Good morning X, My sincere apologies that we had to cancel your appointment. We make every effort to confirm your times slot, especially since it was 1 14 hour appointment. I will definitely make every effort for this not to happen in the future. God, you do work a lot of hours!!! I will do my best to accommodate you. I have a time to-morrowat 9:45 or Wed at 2:45. Could any of these times work for you? Otherwise , Please tell me what might work and I will do my best to accommodate you......Chari" As you can see, I was met with apologies for the cancellation and , for what I assume was the mistake on their part, though not clearly stated. The time slots she offered meant my missing work and her attempt to do her best to accommodate irked me. I don't think one should "do their best" when they are in error, one should just "do". In customer service this is called "going above and beyond." Instead, this feels impersonal. When reading this, I was disappointed that they were trying to rebook me before having the Manager contact me. In my anger, I wrote back a one line reply " I will not be rebooking with your office" and was met was no contest. , Not realizing until today when I looked it up myself on their website, that I was in contact with the Manager. Chari was the person with whom I booked but who a no point in time introduced herself as such. So while I waited patiently for this to be dealt with by management in an above and beyond manner, I heard nothing back and felt the matter unresolved. Granted, others will read this and come to a very different conclusion about my experience, I would just like to point out that I too do the same job these women do and so my standards are from the standpoint of an insider. It is my opinion (please feel free to form your own) that the customer service from the front desk staff is severely lacking. As the main point of contact at a medical office, this failure to communicate with the client (me) is a huge detriment and ultimately reflects poorly on the business and business owners.

I just had an appointment at dr sturm's office and had a wonderful experience. All the staff I dealt with, Chari, the office manager, Paulina, the hygienist who treated me and the assistant who took my xrays, were all very friendly and made me very comfortable. I met with dr. Sturm briefly and she presented me with many clear options . She was a great listener and made me feel like she was really interested in my teeth problems . She took care of one sore tooth and the appointment was pain free and much more enjoyable than I anticipated.I highly recommend this office. I just wish they were open on Saturdays!

I would like a brief overview or explanation of my oral health before being scheduled for appointments that I have no idea what they are and why I might need them. The benefits of these dental procedures were never explained to me in the first place because my first cleaning appointment was delayed for over an hour. I am not at all happy with the administrative assistants behaviour. She accused me committing fraud. When I tried to speak to sherry in regards to this, she took the side of the admin assistant. She also said the timelines regarding a procedure and it's billing was explained to me by the admin assistant when it wasn't and she contradicted herself. When I came to the office in November 04, the admin assistant informed me that I had enough time to complete a procedure to submit to insurance. When I called her back on November 05 she said there us no time and it would be fraud, to submit a bill by November 07 after a mould was taken for my moth guard before November 07. Yet after my insurance was extended to November 30 and they took an impression for my mouth guard, the same admin assistant billed me half the payment when I was willing to pay the full payment and she refused to submit it to the insurance saying against company policy. When I came for November 18 appointment, they still didn't bill the insurance company saying the electronic billing is not working. My insurance company had already approved billing for the cost of all services and equipment related to the mouthguard on the first appointment but admin assistant refused to, again embarrassing me publicly say that is fraudulent. At the end my insurance received a manual receipt from dr. Strums office dating November 11 and not November 18. This totally contradicted everything the admin assistant said and she went against the quoted company policy, creating a very poor relationship. This particular admin assistants behaviour is patronizing and disenginuous. I have an extremely negative feeling now going to dr. Strums office. Alita took great care of my teeth with no pain and I left with with shinny teeth. And Chari the office manager made sure that my visit was pleasent. Dr. Sturm did a final inspection of my teeth and have the news I'm always happy to hear at the end of my appointment that my teeth are in good shape which is thanks to her amazing team.

The front-desk staff is usually pretty amazing about not misgendering me. But that doesn't seem to translate with all of the staff/dentists I come across. Whilst I continue to be thankful for the tolerance shown by the practice, I think there is still scope for improvement: no one likes to be misgendered by a professional wielding sharp instruments!

I would like a brief overview or explanation of my oral health before being scheduled for appointments that I have no idea what they are and why I might need them. The benefits of these dental procedures were never explained to me in the first place because my first cleaning appointment was delayed for over an hour. My most recent appointment with Kristine (?) and Dr. Doree was fantastic in every aspect - punctual, professional and courteous. I would come back and maybe refer friends if this experience continues with my future visits.

I was attended by Kelly at the reception, and Alidad did my regular dental cleaning. They are both first class professionals and also super nice persons. I had never imagined that I could go and leave always happily to my dentist, but that's the way I fell now.

I question the pricing structure for dental services at Judy Sturm and Associates. The practice charges a premium in comparison to standard dental rates, but it is not clear that a premium service is being provided. There wasn't even a dentist onsite during my last visit.

I would like to like this clinic, but its been predominantly bad experiences. The dentists are quite friendly and nice, but the staff ranges from incompetent, unfriendly, confused, unfocused but also occasionally quite nice too. The pros of the clinic include the nice space, and the lovely view. The negatives include the staff, the organization, the record keeping, the communication and even the level of care and competence, unfortunately. I could not in good conscience recommend this clinic. Choose another dentist

When people say they dread going to the dentist, I can't sympathize... I love my dentist. It is such a pleasure to visit Dr. Sturm's office. Her staff is so friendly and professional. Her work is impeccable, and I feel like I'm catching up with a good friend whether it's seeing my usual hygenist (Paulina - she's amazing) or with Dr. Sturm. Highly recommend this office.

Love this dental clinic! I have been there for about four years now and I love it. It's a very friendly non pretentious clinic right in the yorkville neighbourhood. The staff knows me and my family by name, providers are gentle with me and let me make all my own choices without selling me any treatment and I get to call the dentists by their first names, to discuss issues on an equal level.

I was sorely disappointed with my service in dealing with Dr. Judy Sturm's staff. I'm sure Dr. Strum herself is quite lovely, I had been referred to her by a client of mine, and a current patient of hers. Sadly, I didn't get so far as even stepping one foot into this business. I booked an appointment online with the handy website contact feature. I corresponded with a very nice staff member, Chari, who helped explain the two types of appointment I could set up; a full dental screening or a dental cleaning. She was prompt and informative. I was contacted 4 days before my appointment with a confirmation email which asked me to call or email in response. I did not reply immediately thinking I could leave it until the weekend (2 days before my appointment) when I was done my work week and had time to confirm. The next day, I just happened to check my phone mid-day at work and noticed 2-3 new emails and 2-3 new missed calls, from this email. Thinking this very odd, I check the emails. I found a string of emails from a frantic sounding Kelly who explained that they had contacted me numerous times and that I needed to confirm my appointment by a certain time (which gave me an hour from the email being sent). She mentioned that she didn't know if I would be in town for the appointment hence if I didn't confirm, they needed to cancel the appointment. The subsequent email, an hour later: "...We have tried numerous times to confirm your reserved time for Monday but we still have not heard from you. I'm sorry but I do have to cancel this appointment as I'm not sure your in town...." They cancelled my appointment because I did not confirm it in the timeline they requested. Now, being someone who works in a medical office, I know how important it can be to confirm appointments. Afterall, if someone books and then doesn't show up, they just wasted the time of the entire staff not to mention, they prevented another sick patient from being seen at that time. After reading this last email, I was fuming and here is why: 1.) I was not told at any point in time that there was a required confirmation time frame or risk a cancellation on their part. 2.) The appointment I had made 10 days earlier, was cancelled. I don't have a lot of free time on my hands, I frequently work 11 hour days. 3.) I don't know why this person used the reason of my "'being out of town"' as a justification to cancel the appointment I made. This was completely made up. I promptly emailed back and expressed my utter disappointment, pointed out my list of grievances and asked that the Manager email me ( I don't answer my phone when I'm at work, don't have voice mail.). I got an email back from Chari, the original person with whom I booked the appointment: "Good morning X, My sincere apologies that we had to cancel your appointment. We make every effort to confirm your times slot, especially since it was 1 14 hour appointment. I will definitely make every effort for this not to happen in the future. God, you do work a lot of hours!!! I will do my best to accommodate you. I have a time to-morrowat 9:45 or Wed at 2:45. Could any of these times work for you? Otherwise , Please tell me what might work and I will do my best to accommodate you......Chari" As you can see, I was met with apologies for the cancellation and , for what I assume was the mistake on their part, though not clearly stated. The time slots she offered meant my missing work and her attempt to do her best to accommodate irked me. I don't think one should "do their best" when they are in error, one should just "do". In customer service this is called "going above and beyond." Instead, this feels impersonal. When reading this, I was disappointed that they were trying to rebook me before having the Manager contact me. In my anger, I wrote back a one line reply " I will not be rebooking with your office" and was met was no contest. , Not realizing until today when I looked it up myself on their website, that I was in contact with the Manager. Chari was the person with whom I booked but who a no point in time introduced herself as such. So while I waited patiently for this to be dealt with by management in an above and beyond manner, I heard nothing back and felt the matter unresolved. Granted, others will read this and come to a very different conclusion about my experience, I would just like to point out that I too do the same job these women do and so my standards are from the standpoint of an insider. It is my opinion (please feel free to form your own) that the customer service from the front desk staff is severely lacking. As the main point of contact at a medical office, this failure to communicate with the client (me) is a huge detriment and ultimately reflects poorly on the business and business owners.

I just had an appointment at dr sturm's office and had a wonderful experience. All the staff I dealt with, Chari, the office manager, Paulina, the hygienist who treated me and the assistant who took my xrays, were all very friendly and made me very comfortable. I met with dr. Sturm briefly and she presented me with many clear options . She was a great listener and made me feel like she was really interested in my teeth problems . She took care of one sore tooth and the appointment was pain free and much more enjoyable than I anticipated.I highly recommend this office. I just wish they were open on Saturdays!
